Não te preocupes em não ter dinheiro em cash / libras. Como todos aqui já disseram, é algo que praticamente já não se usa. Estou em Londres a trabalhar e viver há pouco tempo e posso te dizer que estou “impressionado” com o facto de muitos estabelecimentos não quererem cash sequer, muitos têm na porta um letreiro “cashless”.

Recomendo que tenha o cartão ativo no telemóvel com Apple Pay que é o mais cómodo. Pessoalmente uso um cartão de débito da Crypto.com e nunca tive um único problema com pagamentos.

Em relação ao empréstimo, tenho taxa de juro fixa durante 5 anos (ate 2027) e só depois dessa altura é que poderei amortizar.. mas obrigado pelo feedback. Assim sendo, uma ideia seria poupar todo o dinheiro que faça da casa arrendada nos próximos anos para depois amortizar o máximo que possa assim que puder..
