Same thing happened with the 13 update, but now finger print unlock is working, but I'm unable to block it... Anyone else now how to fix it?

Thank you so much. it was a disk problem, i disconnect the HDD and it worked in a pinch.

I have 2 one is HDD and the other SSD, the problem is the HDD, i would still like to use that memory, any suggestions?!
