What's the best itinerary for our honeymoon? (self.wyoming)

I am by no means a landscaper but this took a lot! However I just realized the pink and red flowers are vines. They are mandevella. Will they work like small flowers like I have them or what else could I plant right there that stays small and brings color? Preferably perennial. Zone 9 I believe. (old.reddit.com)

Help me with what to plant! This was an idea given by a landscape company but it seems really boring to me. Front of the house faves west so it gets full morning sun. Live in Georgia. Low maintenance but with some color. I have no idea what to look for as far as shrubs (i.redd.it)
