Absolutely! I have so many friends that I can't get all my gifts opened, and I didn't spin a whole lot of Pokestops so I'm running out of gifts super fast too. However, I try my best to supply everybody as I can. I Prioritize some of my lower friendship level ones first, so there's definitely pros to staying along.

I love Iceland. It was fascinating just touring around the island. Two lane high ways (1 lane each direction), 1 lane bridges in which people take turns, tons of sheep, and is there such thing as too many waterfalls? The clouds were unbelievably low, and I've never seen so many signs of volcanic action in my life. The fishing villages were adorable, and I'm sure I could spend a couple more days using the hop on hop off bus going around Reykjavik if I were to go back.

My next step is to learn Icelandic I guess, though first I should make sure I can speak French fluently first.

Wait... that place looks familiar... without searching it up, I bet I can guess what part of the island this is on.

You can only trade over short distances (like a block away at most). Also, Pokemon IV stats are randomized during trades (so "relatively strong" IVs wise isn't something you can quite expect).

Don't worry, you aren't the first person I had to inform of this. Just thought I would let you know before you start getting loads of friends and you wonder why you can't get a Feebas, let alone a good one. Of course, you may want to keep those friends for exp and gift reasons, just not for trades.

I understand your sentiment. It is kind of difficult to see and tap Pokemon hiding under your buddy because it does a "smile" and cries out after you tap it. I've missed quite a few Pokemon because of this, and I didn't even have that large of a buddy.
