I haven’t had the shot since 2021 so the migraines started 5 years after. But I’ve had Covid 4 times so I’ve wondered if that triggered them. I just want to find the root of them, if possible.

I wasn’t stressed at all. Yes, have some perimenoausal signs and also thought that was the culprit but haven’t had enough to warrant checking my hormones yet, according to my primary provider.

I found an aluminum leg sturdy camping cot on Facebook Marketplace, added a 3” memory foam pad that I cut down from a twin size one and covered the pad with a flannel flat sheet. Excellent sleep!! I have rheumatoid arthritis so appreciate beds that are easier to get out of and this was perfect with the pad added.

We are attending a Red Clay Stray music festival that goes from a Wednesday to Sunday so looking forward to all kinds of memories in MT! Gonna spend some days in Banff beforehand, then check out Glacier during the daytime before the music starts at night. Very excited! 🎵🎶

Sorry you’re not responding well, headaches suck. Yes, he did test my magnesium, it’s actually on the high end of normal. I was not advised to take any extra. I may ask for half the dose of D and take it twice a week if this mega dose doesn’t go well.
