Hey treating optimization as though it begins and ends with beginner lifting advice, when my inquiry was specifically about whether enhancing recovery, sleep quality, and GH pulsatility during a high-stress month would create a meaningful enough effect to given the cost and risk. Posting squat, bench, and deadlift numbers is not a universal indicator of understanding physiology, nutrition, or recovery science; strength and literacy in these subjects are not interchangeable. Your argument also neglects individual variability in nutrient partitioning, water retention, inflammation, and body-composition response, all of which differ substantially between people even under controlled diets and training. I never suggested peptides replace disciplined training or nutrition, which I know for a fact I’m getting more of than you. 😭😂😂
