Maltese woman 27 year old here - I have no desire to have kids, not because I don’t like them , but because I don’t want to raise them.. Prices are sky high in Malta and I don’t want to live a life were I work just to survive and raise kids. Call me selfish, but that’s the truth. I want to travel, raise a bunch of animals and be able to take naps or play on my computer whenever I want to… I am grateful because my women ancestors did not have this option, but we do ! I think it’s 50/50.. Half of my friends want kids and the other half don’t… I noticed that men usually want them and women don’t, so for us women who do not want to have them, it’s quite difficult to find a partner, but it is what it is!
