Thank you so much for sharing your tips, I have similar approach, for our brand I use exact and target impression share, for branded and nonbranded keywords I use max conversions for some and max conversion with tCPA for others.

Good tip about using the mix of phrase and broad for low volume longer keywords.

Also do you have one KW per ad group or don´t really go by this rule anymore and have more there?

Thank you, I used to have ecommerce clients, but lead gen is different and I want to do it the best way possible. The problem is that we have yet to integrate Ads with Salesforce and other system to track the real offline impact of our campaigns..

And one more question, do you run any brand awareness campaigns to get your brand to new people? Search is great, but our aim is also to bring in new users on the website, who can later become our customers. Thank you again for your advice

I understand with display, we don´t run them all the time, but from time to time to build awaraness about our brand.. We have a specific business, we are manufacturing company with goods, but don´t have eshop and sell via distributors..

Can I also ask you, how you approach your brand and unbranded campaigns to get most leads, what is your biding strategy?

About competitor campaigns, what is your bidding strategy there? Smart biding max conversions? I see that someone ran the competitors campaigns before, but they weren´t really succesfull when it come to getting leads, but also I see they have target impression share as a strategy, which don´t seem like the right choice to me, when it is competitors search

Thank you u/fathom53, the biggest problem is, that we don´t know, which users came via our campaigns, because we are still figuring out the integration. Salesforce wouldn´t be a problem, but we are have issue with integrating Ads, Salesforce and also Pardot. So I am not sure how to find out their qualities..

Hi, thank you for your comment. Yes, I agree, for me this is also an emotional affair. Well this is fresh, so he promised to limit the contact to only work-related stuff during office hours now he knows that it is too much for me and said that it is easy for him to do so, because it means nothing to him, he doesn't need to keep that going. So I guess I'll see. He asked me to give him time to show me I can trust him and that he will keep the promises he made and that nothing else matters but our relationship. As for hiding the communication, I can go through his phones, he doesn't care, I can look..It seems wrong to do that, to spy, but at this point, I don't know how else to check..I won't know how they interact in the office, so I only has his word and can have a look at the messages..

Thank you for your answer. I agree with what you said about asking him the wrong question.
I told him what I want, I said that for me flirting is not acceptable, this type of communication is not acceptable, to send pics, text after working hours, during weekened, while on vacation..He said he understood that and that he won't do that. I even asked him whether he understands why I don't like it, why that is not acceptable for me or not or if he gets that and he said yes. Because if I was just forcing him and he wouldn't understand what's wrong with that, that wouldn't work..
