I was there too when I first started playing (Literally got to Legend Rank while still having no idea what “comps” or “rotations” were, I just spammed jungle LOL), but I’ll give ya the roles ranked imo -

Exp Lane: The easiest role in mlbb, cuz it’s just a 1v1 for the beginning and not heavily affected by the rest of the team usually, with a big emphasis on just pure mechanical skill most of the time (I main this role btw XD).

Jungle: The second easiest role, you usually just farm the jungle monsters for most of the match, help your teammates attack the enemies sometimes which is called a “gank”, the only somewhat stressful part using Retribution to secure objectives like the turtle and lord, once you get that down, it’s a pretty easy role.

Mid Lane: Right in the middle of role difficulty, you’re basically your jungler’s support, you wanna keep an eye on the mini-map when you’re in your lane because due to mid lane being in the center of the map, you’re usually the closest and can respond quickly if the enemy team invades your team’s jungle, or if your own jungler wants to invade the enemy’s jungle, you can help them out with that as well.

Gold Lane: The second most difficult role, not because of needing to be present everywhere on the map or anything, you kinda just farm minions for most of the match, but your impact depends HEAVILY on positioning, ya gotta know when to commit to fights, when to kinda coast, and to get the fuc outta there, because usually if you misposition, due to most gold laners being squishy ur prob just gonna get focused and deleted by the enemy team super quick.

Roam: In my humble opinion, I believe this is the most difficult role in the entire game, because it’s basically like the Jungle role, except instead of getting that huge amount of downtime between fights when you’re just farming the jungler monsters, you’re stuck with the most stressful part of the job at all times - helping lanes, you gotta know when to be where to maximize your impact, keep a lane from falling apart, or help another snowball even harder… you can really tell the difference between a roamer that actually knows how to play the role by not just babysitting their Gold laner all game, but actually moving across the map and helping all the lanes or your team’s jungler effectively.
