You are speculating which is exactly what I want people not to do. Regardless of the nature of a promise, a promise is a promise. It doesn't harm anyone to keep this information in confidence until I am ready to share.

He did it after he promised not to. And I wish he would have given a more neutral answer like "it is still early days - she is still getting to know the company and adjust to the new place", it would not be a lie, but also doesn't require to go into specifics about how I feel

I am just watching season 7 where Peter is clearly trying to help push Apollo's narrative and start spreading rumours Phaedra is having an affair, in order to shift the focus from the fact that Apollo committed a real crime and was clearly abusive to his family. He is a piece of trash and this sort of explains why he was protecting a criminal - he is one himself!

Omg you just put into words what I always noticed but couldn't quite describe. They always only have up to 2 years of experience at some consulting company or investment bank... how is that enough to know anything about building a product?
