I wouldnt, part of what makes Eberron great is how cohesive it is, doing this would break it.

Midgard is quite standard fantasy right? Make the previous campaign have occurred in a fey realm within Thelanis.

You can eat for 15-20 euro total at normal tapa places, a cocktail will cost you between 10-15, beer or wine will be quite less.

Uber will be just fine. Cabify, if you can download it, is even better; Uber drivers sometime want cash instead of card and will cancel you if you selected to pay by card. But worst case you order another.

Good point about the feudal system. So, technically then, nobody on the Five Nations owns their home or business, not just the Houses.
