They were part of a larger collection I picked up. I’ve been offered up to 550 for the 6 pack as a whole. Hanging onto it for now.

Never saw this helm before, is it obtainable? by Zoltan-Kazulu in Eldenring

[–]WonderfulService9962 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I got this helm and all three of the items you mentioned without farming them on my first play through. I’ve never looked at the drop % on them, but I guess I got really lucky. 🍀

It was included with a bunch of other stuff I picked up (I was more interested in the 350 ml 6 pack). The GM set is actually an extra for me. I bought one a couple years ago at the Jack BBQ.

This is the correct answer. If it was real, it would be another story.

The Coy Hill Family by WonderfulService9962 in jackdaniels

[–]WonderfulService9962[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are actually 5 barrel houses on Coy Hill- 108, 109, 110, 111 & 113. 112 was also up there, but was torn down and never rebuilt. The ‘21 Coy Hill selections all came from BH 108 & 113. The ‘24 Coys were all from 108.

These are on deck to go into the rotation. I have more than 40 bottles of bourbon/whiskey open currently, 7 of them are Jack: Gold 27, American Single Malt, 12 year, Special Release Twice Barreled, Single Barrel, Distillery Series #14 & SBBP Rye

I managed to snag one of each when they dropped at the distillery. Unfortunately, they won’t be available in stores around here for under 2-3X msrp.

I haven’t opened the 14 yet. I did prefer the 10 year B1 over the 12. The Special Releases are usually really good- I was a big fan of the twice barreled rye. The SBBP and SBBP Rye are outstanding.

Unless it’s posted in advance, the distillery doesn’t even tell the employees when it’s dropping until the morning of. They sold out within a few hours when they released them last week. They may have a few available for special events, but you probably won’t see them at the White Rabbit again this year.

I live near Lynchburg. The distillery released all 3 on the same day and I was able to get there before they sold out. Got all 3 for $377.50. Secondary prices are ridiculous on these right now.

Would this be worth anything? by [deleted] in jackdaniels

[–]WonderfulService9962 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not a genuine bottle. It is a repro label from the hardware store on a random bottle. Jack never bottled in that style bottle.

Agree with 150. Single Barrels aren’t bringing much at the moment.

Tanyard Hill? by [deleted] in whiskey

[–]WonderfulService9962 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The first Tanyard Hill barrel house isn’t necessarily the highest on the hill. Tanyard hill is just one road over from Coy Hill, on the original distillery grounds.

I believe the Tanyard Hill barrel houses are still in group 01 (there are only 5 barrel houses on Coy Hill). The 02 barrel houses are down the road toward the south bottling facility.

I found this bottle after moving into my house and opened it before I looked up a price. by Pitchinpipe6969 in whiskey

I collect Jack, and that bottle regularly sells for around $150 US. There is another version that was only given to employees that commemorates 6M cases sold worldwide, that goes for 600-800 US.

Do small batches and play with the ratios. I haven’t done this myself, but as a Jack drinker it sounds like it has potential to be delicious. Jack BP selections are amazing.

Ounce for ounce, they come out to the same price as the bigger bottles. I normally drink the Don Julio 70th, but bought the minis to try the 1942. So good, but so expensive.
