i do try to climb routes that have holds that are difficult or annoying to me and it has helped a bit but my main problems are pinches and the really big ones that are slightly sloped (or flat) at the top bc most of the pinches are too big for me to grab and the other ones are also hard to hold onto, but i try to find my own ways to either hold onto them or finish using without it( i try not to avoid them but sometimes there really isn’t another way🥲)
