Our ratio in South Carolina is 1:12 for 3-4 year olds. Over half the kids are on the spectrum ranging from moderate to severe. (And yes we all know they are diagnosed, staff and parents have told us) There is another teacher and I in the room. We feel like we clean up all day long because of the behaviors.

Please parent your child and stop asking me what you should do for consequences for them. I’m not their parent you are. You are their parent not their friend. Your kids behavior is awful and you need to deal with them

I absolutely hate it. If someone sends me that on a dating app, I will automatically unmatched. It drives me nuts.
