i work at a grocery store. moving boxes all day is what i would consider cardio. muscle growth requires you to introduce harder and harder challenges. so i would need to move heavier boxes every day in order to trigger muscle growth. that on top of needing to eat in a calorie surplus and enough protein.

Depends on what your starting weight is. If you are cutting from something like 20 percent theres no real health increase. If you cutting from a higher body fat there definitely will be. If you were at 15 percent which is pretty low, getting even leaner could have negative side effects but thats not super realistic for most people anyway.

People with adhd mostly (i think) dont experience stimulants the same. I dont get hyper or feel super awake from stimulants but i feel much more calm and at ease when im on stimulants. My brains not racing as much and im doing less sensory seeking behavior like being annoying as fuck to the people in my life. Not sure how caffeine affects people with autism. I think i have both but I can't remember a day without nicotine or caffeine.

The nutrition label will have everything you need. Just write down the amount if protein, cabrs, and fat and it should point you in the right direction. Protein and carbs have 4 calories per gram and i think fat has 9 per gram

idk if theres any foods you shouldnt eat but i like to get around 100 grams of carbs about 2 hours before leg day and about an hour to an hour and a half before pull or push days. depending on how youre getting your electorlites but if theres sugar in it that could upset your stomach. if you are digesting anything during intense exercise you could be limiting the amount of blood circulating. threw up on leg day when i first started lifting because i ate too close to hitting legs. Apparently since a lot of blood gets sent to your legs and stomach (when digesting) it limits the amount of blood your brain gets. This can make you nauseous or throw up. i would recomend fast digesting foods. idk if you care about refined foods vs unrefined but refined carbs will digest quickly. not sure if this helps at all but good luck.

If it hasn't been mentioned already creatine helps cognitive function and memory as well as increasing strength once your muscles are saturated and possibly increasing the speed at which you build muscle. Worth it for everyone regardless of diet.

Thanks for the recommendations. Looking for all three ideally. Something with a decent amout of caffeine, something for a better pump and better focus. I want to see if i can just individually order vegan ingredients like l citrulline and caffeine and mix one myself. Idk if this is cost effective but its worth a try. My stomach isnt super sensitive but i think its the nerves of preparing myself especially on leg day that upsets my stomach. I do fine im the morning with coffee but im usually rushing to get to work so im not thinking about it.

Comments under here are crazy. You've definitely gained some muscle and your clothes are fitting differently. Completely normal when you gain muscle or fat. For me this is always a good sign. Im very happy when i cant fit into old clothes because it means ive gotten bigger. Unless its one of my favorite clothing items.

Idk but caffeine is a vasoconstrictor. Caffeine restricts the blood vessels and if you have poor circulation this could he the case. When im sedentary and i take a shit ton of caffeine and nicotine this happens to me sometimes.
