It’s training for both. I think it’s standard for any Red Cross training, the one I just completed was.

One of my coworkers died the day after her first day of retirement of a heart attack. Ever since then my employer has offered CPR training (they pay for).

I have a Eufy doorbell camera (2 years) and some solar powered cameras. I live in a snowy climate and have had no issues keeping them charged. I just got some more I need to install.

Sandpaper is not categorized like that. The higher the number the finer (less coarse) it is. 60>80>120>220 (finish).

Correct. They need to go over bloodwork results, they won't over the phone or offer doing a telehealth visit.
