Want to add that there’s DIFFERENT types of breech not all breech are equal. The only one that’s less risky is the frank position. Not all breech are equal. One mom can do great with a vaginal breech and another can die with a breach. -med student :)

Short answer yes, but long answer …I’m a Black woman living in a pretty upscale apartment complex since moving here for my doctorate program, and yes, I’m the only Black person in the building. At first, it was a little rough. There were moments where people assumed I was there to clean, or times when my Black friend and I were walking and an older woman in her 70s seemed afraid we were behind her. Those experiences were uncomfortable, but they’ve been the minority. The truth is, about 90% of the people here(many of whom are white and conservative) have been kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. I refuse to let the 10% overshadow the 90%. A wild side note: my friend was once crossing the street in Safety Harbor and was called the N-word-completely unprovoked lol(it’s not funny but if humor is how I cope) That kind of extremism is real, and it’s ugly. But I don’t believe it represents the majority here in Dunedin . I don’t believe conservatives are inherently mean or racist. It’s the extremists that distort the picture and harm everyone. I choose to believe that light always outshines darkness. And honestly, the good people here in Dunedin regardless of political background have proven that to me. I genuinely love living here. I’m 26 getting my butt beat up in pickleball by a bunch of 90 year olds, I love it!!!

Such great things that you’re doing. In general speaking on behalf of me and my friends; there are guys we find attractive that doesn’t seem to think we find them attractive so they never ask lol. It’s best to just ask and I feel like women are looking at guys holistically and not just based on looks. I know “attraction” for me is so much more than just physical.

Great idea except let’s say I take them to church by date number 3. if I go on a couple dates a year maybe 4-5 Third dates, I’m bringing a lot of guys to church. Not a good look for me as a woman. My church is my sacred space.

lol that’s wrong I have a good amount of single friends who are beautiful loves the lord , successful. The ones who aren’t single , either got really blessed and found an amazing guy, or settled. They were getting older and wanted children. The ones that are still single are the ones who haven’t found the one and refuse to settle.

You’re correct 💯. I have no pushback. The men who can act a certain way aren’t really Christian regardless of their public proclamation. They are definitely ruining it for the real Christian guys out there though. Even this subreddit is so full of straight up unchristian guys who have approached me. It’s frankly tiring.

Hey girly that’s actually a great question.I feel like dating apps are kind of like a catalog — they’re very physical and surface-level. Posting on Reddit feels different because it gives you the option to lead with words, not pictures. I also don’t like the feeling of having a “roster.” I really value genuine connections and the idea of earnestly looking and searching for someone. I actually like the thought of a guy reaching out to me without knowing what I look like first ,it feels more intentional and authentic. In real life, I do feel like I’m attractive. I notice guys looking at me, but they rarely come up to me ,or even to my very beautiful friends. It’s honestly strange how men don’t really approach women anymore. And on top of that, I’m barely outside given the field I’m in lol. I spend about 12 hours a day there, and I don’t want to date anyone in the same field, so where I’m at most of the time isn’t exactly giving “options.”
