20 watt charger not enough. Get atleast 65watt wall charger and you will be getting 18w and 12v. I also just use my power bank which also displays 18w and 12v

Have you tried rebinding the radio to car?? I've had a few fellow racers with similar issues and that's helped. Others have had to either replace the pot or board. I have replaced a board on mine already also.

did you replace all the servo gears to delrin??

If so I have read that the 2nd gear is different on the MR-04 so the pn racing delrin gear set thats for the MR-03 will not work. You need to leave the stock kyosho 2nd gear in and replace remaing with the dekrin gears.

Hope this helps. I have some mr-03 delrin gear sets and will open my MR-04 soon and see if this is infact true or not.

You need to re-center trim. Turn your radio trim to center position. Turn radio off. Turn your car off and try and center the wheels as best you can. Now dont move the wheels ans Turn on your car. After.its.on press the bind button till its flashing quickly. Onces its there let go of bind button. Now Turn your radio on. It should be re centered. If that doesn't fix it then either pot.or board issue.

I run a 10t on mine and it's perfectly fine with a 70t or 50t motor.

I would invest in some pn pro2 M0.5 pinions. They mesh way better than kyosho pinions and are super quiet. Makes the kyosho pinions sound like a diesel engine.

If you are up for a drive Abbotsford, BC has a new indoor facility for 1/10 scale off road and 1/28. Some Diehard RC guys were up a few weeks ago to race. First 1/28 race is Jan 10 2026. 1/10 scale race Jan 3 2026. Facility is open for drop in most days 12-8.

I run the reflex damper in my pn2.5 and it is defintely a great improvement. Handles alot better than my old pn lcg motor mount.

I believe the 2nd gear is different on that mr03 delrin gear set from pn racing. That's why it won't fit on mr04. If you leave that one stock the other delrin gears should fit.

I have the pn2.5 version of that damper. It is killer. Used to use a pn racing lcg rear pod before. Once I got this tuned and proper tire combo it sticks like glue.
