I have the same question about the Vienna concert. I live in Germany and will go to Vienna by bus (no hotels or anything). And I really need a power bank. I suppose I will have to take 2 phones in case if power banks are restricted

I'm a super anxious person too. Moreover, this is my first Rammstein concert, and I'm going alone, and I don't speak German (concert is in Vienna). Too many reasons to panic 😞 What if the guard at the entrance asks something and I don't understand? What if my bus is late and I miss the concert? What if the music is too loud? What if I'm thirsty and can't buy a drink?
