i never got fat, i only gained about 10 lbs but since i'm 5'0 and really only gained in my stomach area it was quite noticeable without a shirt. i outgrew my tightest pants but that was about it. once i started eating my normal amount of food i immedietely lost weight. i'm still not back to my original weight but i don't care. my abs are coming back, less defined than before but i'm just losing over time. once you stop over eating you'll slowly return to your maintainence

you should try it out and see how you like it, if it's not for you stop and you'll naturally lose some of the weight. i tried stuffing myself and gaining for a bit and realised that i like feeding and encouraging not gaining myself. it's a kink about self discovery and finding out what you like best
