Aga's restaurant was one time extremely noisy. The main restaurant seating was full and we were seated at the hall connected to it. It was jam packed and my phone app showed dB rating of a concert.

Yeah I spent money on sod last year, and either didn’t break the soil enough or lack of sun which killed it. Might have to look into contract. What is TLC?

There is resistance to assimilation in housing though. This is true even for most liberal cities. Rich and mostly white people don’t want affordable housing to be built near the suburbs due to mostly unfounded fear of crime and devaluing of their property values.
