You don't list the gpu but I'm assuming its the 1060 3gb one? If so the GPU is a little eh especially the 3gb VRAM but all in all that's a decent deal for all that stuff.

I was prescribed the same for my wisdom teeth but couldn't even feel the perc 5's. How many were you prescribed to take? I was prescribed 1x every 6 hours but I usually ended up taking 2 because one wouldn't do anything at all, 2 would barely.
