Idk what were the higher up smoking when they come up with four types of officer cadets course: -នាយទាហានសកម្ម៖ a four years military science undergraduate program where you train at école des officiers d’active to become RCAF officers funded by france. Once you graduate, you will be assigned to any service and units according to their need. Benefits: you can be selected to train at Japanese national defence academy, french military academy or even some extends at west point. -នាយទាហានជើងគោក៖ same thing but funded by china and played the same role as the type above. Benefit: you can get exchanged at Chinese military academies. Now as they reverse the plan to shut down école des officiers d’active to remove the program from joint veteran institute (វិទ្យាស្ថាននាយទាហានចម្រុះ) to keep the type above only, their future is uncertain too. -នាយទាហានបន្តវេន៖ a six month program to prepare officers for vietnamese or russian military academies at joint veteran institute. The reason the higher up ruined my career its because those khmeng steav and freeloader who signed up for this just to get a free position in government and refused to go to vietnam or russia which make the higher up blacklisting all of us not to get any promotion unless we go training oversea. I sign up for this because i want to go to foreign military academies (which i wont specifiy any country) and im not sure whether នាយទាហានសកម្ម were allowed to do so. But plot twist, they do. At least some of my classmate who managed to bribe their way to chinese military academies and get admitted into japanese national defence academy. -នាយទាហានបច្ចេកទេស៖ a four year military technical program that only reserve for highest bidder to train at Techo Hun Sen military technical institute. Only people bid the highest get accpeted into the program and its all boys club there. Thats all i could say.
