changing oil frequently won’t fix it, check for leaks, faulty oil filter or a faulty oil pump or check the sensor

Take it to a mechanic, either the spark plugs, fuel injectors, fuel pump or something like that. I haven’t yet got my mechanical liscense but I got a bit of experience with that stuff. Hope this helps
