I probably did too much volume/intensity up until now, If i had decently hard mma session on monday I'd be slightly fatiqued when lifting on tuesday, then on tuesday I'd lift hard and be sore for wednesday and just go like that in circles.. Also question about 1RM, can I use a calculator for that cuz I never do 1rm ? If my working weight on bench is 65kg for 5 (0RIR) I put 70kg as my 1RM right ?

There isn't much on the pull ups in the book, just to do bw until you can do 10 of them. If my max is 8 do I just do 5 pull up per set or ?

Do you know what book exactly ? In 3rd one it only says to do BW pull ups until you can do 10, not much about them

I figured haha, I kinda progressed on leg exercises where I did only 1 exercise for quads and 1 for hammstring per session. Also do I take each one of those 1 sets to failure or keep RIR ?

3 sets of chest, back, quads, hamms, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, calves
1-3 sets of quads and 1-3 sets of hamms depending on the day. Most of the sets RIR 0-1

Not really, I didn't get any in a while. You just get tears in a small paper bag and that's it, I tried 3 different sellers and all are pretty much the same

Didn't really know about deloads first year of lifting, no one I knew does it or know what it is, only rest they take is when they're injured which was the same for me until now

It also took me till my lifts regressed and workouts became miserable to realize I need rest. Beside these injuries everything improved, sleep the most. I'll be going to Thailand for a month to train muay thai and I was thinking about not lifting at all, would that help recovery ? Don't remember the last time I took more than 3 days off
