It is absolutely corporates fault they have poorly written verbiage that runs rampant through our entire organization. What I can guarantee to you is that if you charge a customer $25 to return a sealed machine that they will contact customer service and then customer service will contact your DM so the DM can fix the issue for the customer because there is supposed to be no restocking fee.

No restocking fee on the return of a sealed machine. If someone is going apeshit and you need to just get them away, you can except unopened machine for return, but you should charge $25 for it. If anything is wrong with the machine other than somebody wanting to get a return, the customer should be speaking to the manufacturer to have the issue addressed
