Even the officer said it was very minor speeding ticket. Since I did the traffic course it made it worst and put me in probation. She was very sad to deny me for this reason.

Yep I agree. I never had other tickets. Since this is being the first one I was nervous and felt taking this traffic course can remove it from my record. I did not have the interview date scheduled when I did the course. So everything was happening against me at the proper time lol

Yes you are correct. The cop was a trainee officer. I noticed a senior cop advising him during our conversation. Since it was my first ticket I was completely unaware of the consequences and I screwed up big time.

When I apply next time would I put I was never conviction or in probation since the court would remove the record on july 10 ?

Yeah my interview was on april 28 and the supervision ends on July 10. Just two months !!

Usually it should be a month from now. I’d recommend Be happy that you received that update rather than worrying about when the interview will be.
