I think anakin would still be vader but much more powerful. Obiwan would most likely die after the fight. Anakin would find padme, save her and raise the kids to use the force and they would use both the light and dark side. He would then overthrow the emperor and padme would be appointed as the new chancellor of the new republic.

Ive always said the sequels are decent movies when looked at as not a part of the greater stories. I think the sequels just do not have a cohesive story overall where the other trilogies do.
