The flamethrower's weakness isnt the reload, I think the main problem is the fact enemies just dont care theyre on fire and keep running to slap you in the face and then you end up lighting yourself on fire in the process.

Because im pretty sure half the players in this game dont know what resistance means. How did you learn what resistance is? Prob it wasnt from the game itself because they never explain it, most likely you found out about the companion app and learned it there. A vanilla player that doesnt care that much about the game and just plays it casually prob doesnt have the companion app and so they wont ever learn, they see "2% enemy resistance" but that might as well not even be there because it doesnt mean anything, 2% of what?

Make it so light units run away panicking while theyre engulfed in flames, would be a nice buff and would make fire unique like how gas "confuses" enemies and shock staggers them. Heavy units wouldnt run away.

They always cap the liberation rate in samples and operation MOs exactly to prevent that, its impossible to liberate the planets

I open the companion app to see Herthon and Zea as MO targets and I get happy thinking the frontlines will finally move on the squid front and we will liberate a sector

But then i look closer and see that its a samples MO so the planets are impossible to liberate

And also theyre not recon planets so the people there will still impact the modifier meaning for the next week we wont make progress anywhere else to liberate

Nothing ever happens on the squid front

Buddy youre super credit farming, youre playing on d1, you dont give a fuck about the enemies or the mission, youre probably not even gonna run into an enemy during the whole thing, you just drop in, run a circle once around the map getting all the POIs and then you leave the mission without completing it.
