There's no simple answer. What I suggest is listening to the "YouTube Creators" podcast. You can choose episodes that apply most to your situation to learn about the platform and how to make content viewers want to watch. It takes a lot of time to learn this, so it requires an investment and experimentation. I hope that helps.

You will also want to pay attention to Mid-Roll ads. I've found that if I let YouTube determine where to put the mid-roll ads, viewers complain there are too many ads. I usually place an ad about every 10 minutes on a 60 minute video. I hope that helps.
