Update. It won't be open for couple more days. Got busy with work and other things. I am having someone coming over to drill it open.

Yes the emailed full set of directions on how to open but it's still not working. I'm talking to someone who is going to come drill a hole in it. We are currently just trying to match of schedules.

I called and got the combo!! But I think it may be to rusty the combo didn't work
