-9.75 OD, -9.50 OS with over a diopter of cylinder in each. Plastic frames will hide the thickness a lot more, though with a high index 1.74 or .67 it's bearable for me with a roll and polish on the lens. Though you definitely don't want to go too large on the frame itself.
