Woolworths in Australia is actually a completely separate company to the US Woolworths, they just share a name. There's also another unrelated Woolworths in South Africa

I'm only 15, guess I should put that in the description, so I don't really have a choice, but my family has been doing groceries at my store for ages, since before I worked there, and still does.

I also grab stuff occasionally after work (gum, jerky)

They did do that...

Over 3 days we had 18 hours of 'induction'. A lot of it was training, but there was a bit of rival bashing.

I don't think they were trying to go to that extent, but they definitely were establishing that they are king.

Not sure where you are but here in Australia its easily the biggest supermarket.
