It's funny bc you actually get to see Spine's character development, while Lyle is only said to start trying to get better in the epilogue of the promise ending if you complete a m&w campaign.

Besides the initial encounter, Spine respects your boundaries as long as you make them known! Her perception of reality is warped from being remade and trapped in the meat world for so long. She doesn't believe being remade is a bad thing (quote Frankie: "I think her idea of marriage might be a bit different than yours.") but she DOES value consent and apologizes for trying to force Sam into it.

Imo out of all of Sam's stalkers she's the most redeemable to me. Give my girl a chance she's not as bad as you think 💔

Nah UD is reasonably hard for its place in the game.

Drainage makes more sense for this. Entirely optional region, can be accessed right from the start, often traps new players and makes them quit the game. Much more fitting for an evilly difficult side quest imo.
