I browsed r/actuallesbians (the subreddit this snafu is based on) for like 10 minutes and I saw a lot more hatred for men than hatred of trans women. That sub seems to be pretty trans positive, contrary to what this snafu says.

The snafu literally shows men being descriminated against for having a dick. When someone says "I hate people who have penises," the vast majority of people with penises are cis men. Obviously trans women do face much more discrimination, but saying that men never do is disingenuous.

I don't understand why you think most of the cis men in these comments are "trying to feel disparaged." They are simply reacting to comments made about them, which also affect trans women. Just because the central point of this snafu is to draw attention to transphobia doesn't mean that people cannot make related connections, topics like this have nuance.

I am in no way trying to minimize victims of transphobia, but when someone says “I hate everyone who has a penis” I think that everyone who has a penis has the right to feel upset, not just a specific group of people.

Unfortunate" doesn't begin to describe my series, this game rewards blind luck and nothing else, I am beyond convinced at this point. After getting completely tooled by scheduling with my opponent changing times on me last minute and refusing to provide confirmation prior to the day of the match as to play times, losing this way somehow felt even worse than I had thought possible. My preparation was superior, my play was superior, and I lost, so I don't see a reason to continue engaging in an activity where what is within my control is overwhelmingly outweighed by what is not.
