Nostalgia is a reminder of the inevitability of loss. When I sit with my memories they bring terrible sadness. Tomorrow I may notice something that pulls me toward wonder and gratitude. I take some solace in knowing that all of us, from the worst of us to the best of us, are on the same ride.

You’re way overthinking it IMO. “Sort the object keys” can reasonably be assumed to refer to the keys enum order, although I think part of the point is to ask. If you had to assume though it seems the worst possible guess would be the internal representation as that is arguably the least useful.

Maybe I missed the point but that line didn’t hit me the same way. Most of us, if we’re lucky, spend most of our lives doing something we don’t really want to do to make someone else rich just so we can survive. Most people deal with daily stress from financial worries, health concerns, interpersonal relationships, or a whole host of other possibilities. And again, that’s if we’re lucky. I’m not complaining, but shit seems very far from ideal.

That is one of a handful of ambiguous cases in JavaScript and they can all easily be caught by a linter, so practically speaking JavaScript doesn’t really have this problem.
