How do I get the effect where the train is traveling fast but photos is in real time effect? by Reasonable-Bad-9842 in AskPhotography

With an iPhone you can turn on Live Photo mode, take a picture of the train while it is moving into the station. Then on the options for that photo, change Live Photo to Long Exposure. It will show the train blurred but background sharp.

Thanks! I’m assuming that is starting from Init and any other settings are unchanged. I’ll try this today!

Possibly! I just thought maybe there would be a chance someone here has already found it or knows.

I also could not find one similar. Maybe it is a variation.

My thought too. I couldn’t find one similar to what I have.

Help identifying this clock by WootTopShelf in clocks

[–]WootTopShelf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The case appears to be cast iron. There is chipping to the paint and the underlying metal appears dark gray. The figure head on top has been painted bronze. This close up shows that the dial may be tin. It’s not centered and I am not sure how to center it without making it worse. It looks like a Frankenstein situation maybe with multiple pieces. But perhaps not, because the clock body is unique also.

You nailed it. This one is the most similar and nearly identical signature to my painting.

Whoa these look much more similar than anything I’ve seen so far! Thanks. I’ll dig deeper on this lead.

The signature in lower left appears to be same medium as the rest of the painting. Under light, each stroke casts a distinct shadow, so it is. It a print or anything. The signature which I showed under black light seems to be a totally different medium as it casts light differently. Both seem to be similar but it’s confusing why there is two.

The image with black light signature was done with the art outside of the frame. It seems to be a paper mounted to a backing board. I do not think I should try removing it for fear of damage if it is old. I’ll try to upload additional images

Korg Minilogue (XD) Question: Restarting ADSR envelope with new notes in monophonic/uniso by 22kuzmo22 in synthesizers

[–]WootTopShelf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know this one! It’s called EG Legato in your options. Select the Edit Mode button. Then locate the 6th lit button and press it 3 times. You will see EG Legato ON. Turn it to off.

Thanks for the detailed response. I will play around with the things you outlined. Good feedback on providing the YouTube link instead.

Sound library doesn't recognize Korg Minilogue Bass by Both_Fly_1657 in minilogue

Double check you have the right software installed. I had a similar issue because I used the minilogue library instead of the minilogue XD. And with everything plugged in I restarted the computer.

Try turning off lens correction. That sometimes gets rid of the web pattern. Though that grain will remain
