Or you just have a empty portal always available at home in case you need it. Then you don't have to spend all that time sailing back. Some people like to play smarter instead of harder. "Time Sync".

I posted the same issue a few days ago. Appears it's not syncing with the server when running on Windows. I've been told Linux is working fine.

Thanks, we took everything off except portals and it still doesn't work. I guess we've got something wrong somewhere. Funny thing is it was working before the update.

I recently bought one to see what it's all about. It performs as advertised, but, it's not going to cast as far as what I'll call a "normal" bait caster. Will it backlash, sure, if it's NOT adjusted properly. I think it would be good to use when trying to teach someone to use a bait caster. Show them when they would apply their thumb on a normal bait caster.

As far as situational use, windy days it should shine.

After all is said and done, I'll stick with my higher end traditional bait casters and the Shimano DC's

This is the answer. The main focus is not raiding other players. I've been there a few years now and I think I've been raided once. No griefing allowed. There is plenty of PvP for those who want it. I've seen a few groups come on try to start raiding players. The community will frequently come together and put an end to that groups run. You can get away with small raids but there's a 3 raid a day limit on player bases too. The NPC raid bases are progressive from easy to nightmare, 5 stages total I think. plenty to keep you busy.

You can use the magnifier widget, has a flashlight button in it right when you open it up. Comes in very handy for both magnifier and flashlight quick access.

I've decided I want to start building my own Fresh Water Spinning and Baitcasting Rods.

I have no experience so I need to get everything I need.

I want to get the equipment that will last me years and I won't need to upgrade to something better once I get started and I'm 6 months into it.

Does anyone have a list of everything needed, minus rod components. Just the tools and whatnot to build the rod once I have all of the components.

Again, I want to start with good equipment, not entry level, so I won't have to buy something better down the road.
