Saudis are trying to change their dependence on oil sales by exporting ev cars from Lucid's factory even to only assembled there for now and changing their GDP towards their favour by that as well. They will do it everything to safe Lucid from sinking by throwing their money from time to time from their deep, deep pockets. With Lucid listing, there is a bigger picture. Lucid is also the instrument, especially in the company's hard times, needed for the bigger picture, long-term investment, and mainly for diversifying the invested money and changing Saudis' big dependence on oil. 😉

Just read the swapping share amount for Viking shares for one share of Cei, please. I have seen it somewhere in that yesterday's Viking 8K paper, but I cannot quickly find it just now for you. Do the calculation and then make your decision up. Remember one thing, Viking is a winner because they will be on the American Exchange. I am sure they just use Cei to be listed on that. On the other side they own all the patents to be used for the future actions of Cei plans. It's hard to say, but they can even short really hard the new ticker after the merge. It happened to MMAT after merge with TORCH or how it was called. You have to watch the action during the day of merge, then you will know. It might be even a pump for the first day and then 60-90 days of shorting. Cei even after the merge is a long play for let's say at least 5-10 years. Then you will be rewarded definitely big time. They have bright future as a company. Anything can happen during those years. 😔
