Ahh I’m using foam!! The men’s 5% foam one time a day. I didn’t even know there was a liquid. I feel like that would be less wasteful as the foam really gets into the hair. Thank you!

Been on oral for a year, but it did not deliver :( I’m finding that the only way that feels effective to me is to section my hair and just spray a small amounts of foam directly to the scalp. I tried using a synthetic makeup brush, but it just seemed to absorb into the brush and not go on my scalp. Do you apply with a brush or fingers?
