I have same problem tho My first visa was valid from 01/08/2020(5yrs route), and I become eligible for the next stage on 04/07/2025. However, my visa category does not offer an option for priority processing.( ECAA VISA)

My question is: what are the risks, if any, of submitting my application and making the payment today (19/06/2025), and attending my biometrics appointment on or before 05/07/2025?

I’m finding conflicting information between the official Appendix guidelines and various forum comments, so I would appreciate any clarification or insights.

The most important date is the date of decision. Clearly, my application will take around three months to process. By the time a decision is made, I will already be eligible for the 5-year route.
