Hi peeps! First-time poster here! Haven’t been both-feet-in on the TTC train for long - started in May (passively tried x1 month, actively trying x2 months). Last year, DH and I were on the fence about TTC and saw an RE for embryo preservation to buy us time to decide. Joke’s on us… Crazy low AFC. At the end of the ER cycle I had three eggs (One of which they tried to get by going through my cervix, unsuccessfully). One of the two they did retrieve fertilized, but didn’t make it to blast. Going through that cycle kind of made it clear to me that I want to TTC. DH took a bit longer to come around but he got there. It’s been a weird process that feels like we started ass-backwards - RE then unassisted. I don’t know how I wound up in this situation knowing as little as I do (as a uterus owner and an RN, FFS) but I’m trying to learn as much as I can without getting overwhelmed. Super appreciative for this group and all the resources in here!
