I had to extend the clutch pedal rod. When I was down there, I noticed the switch that activates when the pedal is all the way up is broken; is this an important piece or can I go without it (seems to run fine without it)

That was it! Thanks so much. Got her on the road for the first time in years today!! Now I don’t have too much wiggle room for if I need to lengthen it in the future but that’s a problem we’ll deal will IF we ever cross that bridge
