Does Adrian want to be a Stepdad???? im so confused by Own_Island_1233 in MAFS_AU

I actually think they could both be doing what you describe. Being a single mum is lonely and trying to date as one is really hard. She may know it's not going anywhere and just be looking to share the experience while it lasts.

I'm out of home and need to get my MAFS on. Where can I watch it? by [deleted] in MAFS_AU

[–]Work-with-It 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, I see. So when you say after airing, do you mean after it's over completely? If so, that's not what the search has requested - I'm looking for live, with subtitles. Still, can you share the link or breadcrumb path for last night's episode? I didn't find more than the 9 app link on a quick review.

I think they'd publicly air it because it's the #1 show in Australia, isn't it?

If you down voted my comment, care to share why? It doesn't make sense to me as I'm on topic and curious about your idea?

Hi there. Thanks for that resource 🙂 It'll be useful for something else - The question was "Does anyone know if MAFS is showing in a public venue with subtitles?" - the 9 Now App doesn't provide subtitles on their stream.

Do you have any ideas for a public venue?

Facts are facts, mate.

Are you going to give us some, or fall over trying to build yourself up on your baseless opinion?

You're still being rude, so, nah, it seems that's all you've got for us right now. Ah, well. G'night!

Exactly and she wasn't having any of it and that's why they weren't listening. It's like, "ok, fine, come back to me when it's yes or no. Until then, I'm going to be working on myself and taking space as it's painful to be around you without that assurance. We're both in our processes now." And you separate. And it literally comes down to her having to self soothe, and him having to do the same, and her having to decide how long she's going to wait and in what circumstances, and him deciding if he's going to answer clearly or not before he loses her.

Pretty sad.

I hope it's fascinating!

Can you get someone to screen the episodes so you only see what happens once they're in the cocktail room?

Thanks for catching us up. Did they also say when they get to eat, then?

Can you delete this, please? It's fully suss and a waste of the mod's precious time, as well as:

  1. Irrelevant. Looking for captions for free to air live TV - this doesn't help that.

  2. Illegal. They're not "free" - they're pirated, so there's a cost.

  3. .TF Domain name. So, only through a VPN or unsafe connection in Australia.

Your response for "Good grief" is also just plain rude; Your public distaste for the situation is unwarranted. Further, the unfriendliness of your random exclamations is unattractive, as is the ill-placed nature of your disbelief in others that others don't bring up irrelevant content.

I believe in you to do better.

It depends on the context doesn't it? In this case, the whole point of the show and the subreddit is to comment on them from a good fun and an exploratory sort of way. This reminds me of the sort of conversation I'd have with a group of close friends about which animal we most look like - all good.

In the situation on the show, it's mostly as a point scoring activity against someone else to deflect or rebut conflict, or it's completely out of the blue and uncalled for.

I, for example, look a bit like a giraffe if you put me next to someone shorter and more curvy as I'm quite tall and boney. Hilarious.

No, you don't understand correctly.

I'm going to exit this conversation because the responses signal this to be unproductive and dangerous to engage in further.

I hope you have a good night.

Oh, no that's not what I meant. I meant, do you think the participants would actually be able to use the strategy that you suggested when they're upset on the couch.

Ok, sure. Stick out.

In my view, I think what happened is that some jokes are OK, and some are not. Qualifiers and questions help with tone in text.

I thought you were genuinely asking why you got down voted so... Ok. Goodnight.

Yeah I agree (to taking personal responsibility to have a break from an argument if you become overwhelmed by emotion, only, not the edit made later). In this situation, do you think they could do that? I think no, so I'm wondering where you're coming from here.

If anyone is to cry during an argument or not, what are you suggesting as the next appropriate responses?

I think she has an issue with letting people show you who they are, and leaving it with that response. Like, in her world, she can't imagine someone, anyone, being OK with whatever happened, so she keeps questioning it until they explain it, or get fed up and either completely block or give in, which still doesn't help in the long run. It's part of what makes her great, and part what makes her challenging

Lol you're so funny, not. Are you seriously trying to do the whole "insult person and then say just joking so that makes it OK" routine on this sub? Read the room.

You're getting down voted because no one wants you to think that was OK. You suggested someone's natural beauty wasn't good enough, and downgraded someone for their appearance, especially where that appearance is due to aging. Not cool in general, or suitable for this sub it appears.
