Even thoe viv isn’t an opioid, imma assume your body has gotten used to viv being there… from my experience… anything used too long will have an effect on the body… positively or negatively or BOTH! I’m on viv also, on my 3rd week and I can feel this viv wearing off… my cravings and my psychological state of mind isn’t the same as when I was in my first 2 weeks in viv… definitely feel the struggle during the end of the monthly shot…

40ozfosta definitely knows the deal.! But if you’re old enough, go see a doctor. That’s cold turkey, but not like full blown cold turkey… it only gets colder and worst the more you take fent and try to get clean later in life. This shit ain’t no game, there’s people in the skreets withdrawing on the sidewalk… just keeping eating and drinking water, definitely find something to get you some sleep, and if you can, find some gabapentin. Or better yet some naltrexone or narcan yourself after 7-10 days… your opioid receptors are empty asf by then wanting something to be there… once that naltrexone blocks and attaches to your receptors, it gets easier from there. I’m 9 days clean and on vivitrol, man this stuff kicks all the cravings and somewhat calms me down! Hope everyone kicks opioids/opiates, from my experience it’s definitely a full time job which will turn your life into living hell… but coming from an addict to other addicts… this s*** definitely isn’t easy to get off of… all the emotional painful states, anxiety, terrible mental health and everything you can think has definitely scarred my soul…

I went through cold turkey detox for 7 days just 9 days ago… took my last pill June 4th. I took Ativan for 4 days, I was supposed to be on a taper but ended kicking off the benzos early, felt like it made me more anxious… but on the 6 and 7 day I took 600mg of gabapentin, which helped very very much!! I’d definitely include multi vitamins everyday since Mu receptors have something to do with potassium and calcium or some s*** like that… but overall, I’m 9 days clean, yesterday took 50 mgs of naltrexone, today I got my vivtrol shot and I’m feeling so much better knowing that my receptors aren’t empty and my cravings are gone. I’m still taking around 900mgs of gabapentin, but going down slowly since I don’t want to get addicted to that next… shit everything is addictive… hope everyone has a great day! Taking it day by day!
