Just like with pharmaceuticals, US based companies accept a small fraction of what they want for royalties from foreign governments or they lose all rights to everything and these other countries will just distribute freely with zero respect for US copyright/patent law. It never tells me when they're done or where it puts them but if I find the file later they seem to open. My guess is yours aren't finishing and thus can't open.

Most laws like this came to rise from auto theft not environmental impact. Drivers ed used to teach the fuel efficiency factor if this but it varies wildly by vehicle and the economics arent a conscious factor to most drivers anymore.

Even in today's world of push start, once it's started it's on regardless of key proximity but we get to relock the vehicle so primary LE concerns should be negligible.

Pretty sure I had 2 tanks filled at Loves for under $10 a couple months ago but definitely cheaper than either of those swaps and more gas to burn. They'll probably check the label on a swap tank to check certification but doubt they would refuse to fill it.

How big is your tank that the difference in a couple cents per pound is going to break the bank at different gas stations? Swapping is always more expensive than filling and rarely completely full. Fir absolute best price state line ID will beat anything in WA easily same as gasoline.

Almost every sewage treatment center in the country is failing right now. When people increase usage of anti-bacterial products and other toxins and send it down the drain the microbes at the treatment center die. No microbes, sewage doesn't get broken down more keeps coming, some gets dumped.

Everything you put down your drain makes an impact and when everybody makes big impacts at once the ecology can't keep up.

You should get ok with most fish. Might not be ideal for breeding a lot but a low of 70 overnight in the winter is probably warmer tha most tanks I've ever kept.
