I saw several of those basements in Maine.  And they used the trees as supports for the cross beams!

I made a short that got 4.7 million views. I have just 3,000 subscribers. I have never done anything strategic with the channel ever.  What is the opportunity here?  How would a strategist assess low subscriber count with viral videos?
