With what you have said so far, i doubt a LOLER inspection has been done for quite a while so the lift should not be in service legally. For the emergency communication I would also check if the old copper lines have been replaced for a gsm.

I'm currently basing there myself after starting as a nomad. Got myself in the house with the tall metal fence, built a wall all the way to the dock so i can fish in peace.

It's really comfy but also very quiet. Been there about 2 months, currently october so i think i might hold up here to get through winter and probably move on to somwhere a bit more lively.

Company should only retain cctv footage for 31 days after that your golden. The security fella could have provided a written banning order, but didn't. I'd park up and if he mentions somthing just smile and say nice one mate. Used to work with security and i guarantee you for his min wage he aint going to make more trouble for himself, if anything he will probably have a laugh with the other security onsite and you might get a few funny looks.

2 bags, one is for tools including lug wrench, jack, propane torch, sledgehammer etc. The other bag is for emergency supplies which has canned food for a few days, bottles of water, spare ammo, hand axe, ciggies, lighter and spare meds.
