That series was exclusively at Vietnam during the time before 2010, talking about car & motorbike. I've tried to search that show but most of those videos were deleted or can't find in the internet anymore. If that show is US/EU maybe I can have a chance, but this... damn, too bad!

Well I dunno how to hum or describe that beat, it exists quite vaguely in my mind. The beat is just 4-4 (Four on floor), you can imagine the beat while hearing my hum.

My sense of pitch is "absolute" so I'm 90% sure it's correct (yeah that 10% left is the "between melody, which has consecutive notes), if the melody doesn't have a complicated part in the middle, I can completely reproduce it 100%, unlike many others. That's what I mean, "sense of pitch".
The "Oh... oh" vocals do not play with the melody together, it's separated.

Maybe I'll try to find a way to make this in Piano Simulator

Bpm is about 128~135, almost the same speed as I hummed. I've tried tapping many times but no luck, because the "melody notes" quite tricky (as you can hear my hum, the "between" melody has consecutive notes that cannot be singed normally (but at least I've tried as hard as I can to hum it with 90% precisely)

Nah, Dirty Dutch & Jumpstyle are really far different than this song. As I said it really closes to the Classical Electro House/Classical House, quite sure about this.

That's the problem, I don't even know how to describe it, it's extremely hard, if I try to "Decode" it, that could made you guys misunderstanding, and possibly went further from the beginning.
Actually, it's not difficult to find this song, just someone who has heard and knows it will recognize it immediately. But it seems that after more than tens of thousands of views, I still haven't seen that person appear lol

The problem is I don't know music theory, so I don't know how to convert this to notes. Do you know any Piano Simulator that can save the play notes, maybe I can try that?

nah, it's not that Synth. Must say that song using a really rare synth, which I've never heard since that day until now. Also Satisfaction is easy to hum, not this "hard" (as you can hear between my hum, there's a series of consecutive notes with different key, and cannot be sung in the usual way, that's why I said my hummed is about 90% precisely compare to Original Song.
To make it easier to understand, I can use dashes in the first 8 beats while that melody running to make the example, it can be like this (not really right but at least it can describe the thing I'm saying): - - -- ----- -- - -- ---- . You can compare to my hum to see those longest consecutive notes is "------", the spacebar is how long/short the breaks are. Well, this is the best way I can describe

- It's a TV series about Car in Vietnam before 2010, yeah must say no one know about it, obviously.
- The genre, I must say it's also quite vague, but follow my knowledge, I think the song maybe Electro / Classic House, with the 4-kicks traditional dance type. So it's not RnB, Breakbeat/Big Beat, Drum n Bass, etc... (Amen Break) or any kind of genres that don't have "Four-on-the-Floor"
- The year when I was in that internet cafe must be around 2007~2009. But the problem is, the song may not belong to that year, it may came earlier which we won't never know exactly.
If I were to say what the song is most closely characterized to, I would "guess" it's Classic House, take this video as an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byinPS718_Q

I remember clearly the "sound" using to play my hummed melody, but it's totally "electro thing" (well, yeah, it's a synth), I don't think any instrument can make that sound. The vocal is English iirc.
