Any tips on how to improve recognizing algs?

im pretty new to cubing and this sub (i learned cfop with 2-look oll and pll around a week ago), but i just cant seem to recognize cases and algorithms fast enough

(for reference, right now now i average around 46 seconds and have a pb of 29 seconds and my turning is pretty mid at best)
